POSITION: DR. iQ Practitioners and Advanced Practitioners (Weekend work from home) Candidates with no general practice/primary care experience are also encouraged to apply as full training will be given. GP, administration and management support will be available during shifts. Job Overview: As they continue to lead the way in primary care, this exciting and dynamic opportunity has arisen to consult patients remotely from home through our state of the art online digital platform, Dr iQ. Dr. iQ is our bespoke, in-house developed, online GP consultation platform for NHS patients, providing fast, safe and effective online consultations with our GPs and allied health professionals. During the current pandemic, it has been a game changer in the way it has safely and successfully allowed for clinicians to deliver and for patients to access high quality healthcare services. Successful applicants will have an open mind attitude to treat patients with new ways of working with our 'Digital First' approach central to all activity. The post offers a great opportunity to become associated with and upskilled by the market leaders of General Practice and will be best suited to Pharmacists and PAs seeking part time weekend work to accommodate work life balance or to compliment a full time post. Successful candidates can expect full training and support, detailed orientation and IT support to get started straight away. Scope: The role will require the post holder to consult patients via video, audio and bidirectional messaging using our digital platform Dr IQ. Sessions operate at 9am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday every week.
