Job Description
LOCATION: Bristol, Gloucester, Somerset and Avon DURATION: 5 Months + A respected Domestic Violence charity in the South West is recruiting for various passionate and skilled support workers to join their Domestic Abuse provision. This provision delivers expert, specialist and independent domestic violence and abuse services to women and families, in order to successfully empower and support victims. These roles include: * Domestic and sexual abuse telephone triage workers * Independent Domestic Violence Advisors * Independent Sexual Violence Advisors * Domestic and sexual abuse workers who specialise in working with people with complex needs * BAME Sexual Abuse workers who are BAME * Domestic abuse community workers * Domestic and sexual abuse Children's workers * Young person's sexual abuse advisor These roles provide an exciting opportunity to work for a commended, value led charity that is proactive in its approach to domestic violence. The successful candidate will preferably hold strong experience working with domestic violence, however working with other vulnerable clients will also be considered.
