Social Worker ~ Adults Care Team ~ Up To £24 Per Hour

Looking for a Social Worker to join a team in Bodmin 37 Hours per week. Contract position. Experienced social work practitioner - Must have Experience in working with Adults with wide range of presenting needs. Ability to respond promptly, carry out proportionate assessment and recording ,working closely with community, colleagues and health partners as required. Skills in Mental Capacity Assessment, establishing Best Interests and knowledge of Safeguarding. Independent mobility over a large geographical area.
