As a Lead Nurse within Change Grow Live Barnet, you will work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be. We are seeking an experienced Nurse who is a highly motivated leader, enthusiastic, and committed to leading an amazing nursing team. They will be key in the development and delivery of clinical, health and wellbeing interventions. The post holder will play a vital role in ensuring the team deliver evidence based clinical interventions, including vaccinations, blood borne virus screening, comprehensive health assessments, supporting drug and alcohol prescribing and detoxification programs. The post holder will provide clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team.
