Manderin Speaking Customer Specialist - Failsworth £21k My client is a Manchester-based company with a head office in China they have been operating in the plastic recycling industry more than ten years. The company provides a total solution for the whole plastic recycling industry. They are an online trading platform designed for the plastic recycling industry. As a Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing different tasks and assisting in any issues our customers face both online and offline. You need to create and maintain accurate databases and provide an excellent service to the business customers that use the platform. You will love solving problems, thinking critically, and achieving the highest levels of performance. Responsibilities: * Support business customers to fill in an on line application, check the information is correct and assist with any issues in trading on a daily basis. * Communicate with the Chinese office and Chinses business customers about service issues and assist in resolving problems. * Communicate with managers in the Manchester and Chinese office about service and operational issues and assist in resolving. * Complete and maintain a variety of reports as directed by the manager. * Use software tools to manage tasks. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above in business or related field * Knowledge of working in a Business to Business office environment * Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic team.
