Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to provide support to the organisation through the customisation and configuration of the Salesforce platform. About the role Over the next 12 months: * You will take ownership of the platform in business as usual (BAU) for new requests and features to be added as well as keeping the existing implementation running and up to date according to the latest best practices in the industry * You will assist in the training of new users with the Learning & Development team and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organisation * You will work with key stakeholders to assess and manage business requirements and implement appropriate solutions * You will work with the data team to ensure data quality and integrity in the platform * You will provide governance of all relevant training and configuration documentation The implementation project is underway, and this is a great opportunity to get involved while the rollout is in progress. About you Requirements: * You have a Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification * You have a strong understanding of Data modelling * You have experience in creating reports/Dashboards * You have experience dealing with stakeholders * You have experience working with both Sales and Service cloud. Mainly around Cases (Omni-Channel, Live agent, milestones and support processes) and Opportunities (Sales processes, Quote/Contract/Pricebooks/Products, Forecast reports, Opportunity teams) Nice to have: * Ability to write/use SOQL * Git experience * Salesforce DX experience * You have a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
