Smart Solutions Recruitment are pleased to be working with an established and hugely successful client based in Chepstow, our client is looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their team. Salary: £9.59ph Hours of Work: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm (must be able to work both shifts) Location: Chepstow Duration: Temp-Perm opportunities after 12 weeks for the right candidate The successful candidate will hold a Full UK Driving licence with access to own vehicle Knowledge and Responsibilities: * Experience of working in a production environment * Experience of working on an assembly line * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Using own initiative * Ability to work to tight deadlines * Understanding of the client's needs and demands due to their client requests and increases * A self-starter with a positive, resilient and tenacious attitude * Excellent communication skills If you feel this Production Operative position is a fantastic opportunity and the right role for you, please APPLY NOW and a member of the Smart Team will contact you to discuss the role in more detail.
