Test Manager - Automation - DevOps *Remote Intreviews and Onboarding* We are currently partnered with a market leading life sciences client who are based in the city and looking for an experienced Test Manager to join their talented, growing Test Engineering team. The Test Manager will be an expert with test automation strategies and tooling, intially tasked with improving test coverage and drivng the team towards a fully automated environment, implementing quality best practices and DevOps methodologies. As a Test Manager, you will be experienced with : * Leaing and Managing teams of test engineers * Creatiing and implementing test automation strategies * Working with Engineering Leads to understand business requirements and goals, to effectively roadmap quality assurance * Proven experience in CI/CD / Agile / DevOps methodologies * Previous hands-on test automation experience as an engineer This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Test Manager to join a leading LifeSciences organisation, whilst also being able to put your own stamp on the team and build with the engineers that you have personally recruited. This will be a very pivotal role in the company, with complete ownership and delivery of the Testingstrategy for the business. As well as being extremely strong technically, you must be a passionate leader and be able to operate at board level within this excellent company who are looking scale their test engineering services. This role is paying £70-80K for exceptional candidates.
