Example: McDonald or O'Connell Provide full address details Resume is required Multiple attachments can be uploaded including Resume and Cover Letter for each application Job Description Summary: The Account Executive and Credit Sales Team is responsible for leading and delivering PayPal's Commerce Platform into the UK's and Worlds leading brands. As an International Intern you will be responsible for supporting the Account Executive and Credit Sales leaders sell and manage a portfolio of high-profile merchants to deliver strong growth to the UK business. Positioning PayPal as a commerce platform that can enable digital commerce, utilising credit card processing, digital wallets, credit, fraud management and pay-outs and shaping best in class consumer experiences via the merchant channel. On a particular deal construct you will work closely with internal cross-functional teams for example in finance, compliance, risk and legal; partnering with sales engineering and operational teams to drive new business. As well as deal management you support the development of understanding of the merchant's business needs and value drivers which are critical for opportunity development with the merchant. This will typically include identifying trends, opportunities and risks within a given segment; working with cross-functional teams on a go to market strategy to drive new business. As part of this work you will develop as a thought leader and advisor to internal stakeholders and business leaders. Job Description: What does Success Look Like? * Support the increase PayPal's product penetration and overall share of payment volume across the merchant portfolio through understanding of a merchant's business and values drivers identifying commercial opportunities * Manage internal stakeholders across the PayPal business, always act as one team and be the customer champion * Build and manage a sales pipeline forecast using Salesforce.com * Be comfortable building and reviewing compelling commercial pitches * Maintain the operational health of the portfolio working closely with internal account managers * Be comfortable working with complex projects About You * You will have a genuine interest in the use of technology in commercial and business environments, preferably with knowledge or experience working in a digital environment * You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders across the PayPal UK business * Highly motivated, structured yet flexible and adaptable, enthusiastic and self-starting * Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively influence, prioritise, solve and scale complex processes across cross-functional teams to drive merchants * Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment, with a good attention to detail * Good team player with collaborative approach and ability to forge constructive relationships quickly * Strong IT skills, Excel and PowerPoint You Might Also Have * Pursuing an undergraduate degree Subsidiary: PayPal Travel Percent: 0 Primary Location: London, London, United Kingdom Additional Locations: We're a purpose-driven company whose beliefs are the foundation for how we conduct business every day.
