Overview
Job Description
The shift pattern for this role will be: Saturday 22:00 - 01:15, Sunday 19:30 - 01:15. You will be working at the rail station in Exeter and your main duty will be to stop antisocial behaviour. You will be required to remove customers from the stations and trains that are behaving in an inappropriate manner. You will need to ensure that you adhere to the required security protocols, conduct searches where required, patrol the stations and deal with all security incidents. With a keen eye and a brilliant way with people, you could look forward to an interesting role where no two days are the same with exciting career opportunities. You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. A good IT knowledge is also key.You must hold an SIA Licence, have previous experience working in a Security role and have excellent customer service skills as you will be required to defuse antisocial situations.
