The department defines, designs, and evangelizes appropriate standards, principles, and patterns for target business and technology architectures whilst assuring the framework and execution of technology practices and approaches to IT delivery. Who you'll be : * Have a track record of operating at senior level leading a team in an IT function such as architecture or equivalent, working effectively as a member of an integrated leadership team. * Demonstrate experience of building and leading high performing teams that deliver exceptional results * Experience of working in fast-paced, high growth, high volume, multi-channel customer-focused organizations, ideally in the financial and IT industry. * Experience of helping organizations leverage information and technology to take advantage of the opportunities and overcome the challenges of multi-region, multi-channel, multi-brand digital products, and services. * Ability to think and act strategically but also to operate and implement change tactically when required, dealing effectively with ambiguity and managing change.
