EPM & BI Developer

A Global brand require a EPM Analyst with strong experience of Business Intelligence for a permenent role in Edinburgh. This role will support and evolve the PBCS and Essbase based EPM solution in place, support and develop effective reporting to inform the business and collaborate with the business to translate their requirements into solutions. The salary for this position is £33,000 + Benefits. Role: * Develop custom code and fully leverage the capabilities of the EPM systems to support different business functions. * Develop custom code and fully leverage the capabilities of the EPM systems to support different business functions. * Develop, Monitor and Maintain stable and resilient automated jobs and ETL procedures to ensure that the information provided to the business is timely and accurate Essential Skills: * Understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applied to Finance * Experience of Report development using Tier 1 Reporting tools * Analytic background, exposure to Oracle Applications * Dashboards Development * Strong communication and presenting skills Desirable skills: * PBCS and Essbase skills, business rules and maxl development * R, data manipulation, visualization and story telling Qualifications required * Relevant graduate degree qualification in Informatics or Computing Previous experience required Similar role, experience in deploying or administering/maintaining Management Information Systems for the Business community, with a strong exposure to Finance.
