" Southern Housing Group are looking for an Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative, who will join an exciting and dynamic team, within a growing and forward thinking organisation. Working within the Southern Maintenance Service's team, the Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high quality repairs and maintenance for our customers at Southern Housing Group. Job Description To support our maintenance team to undertake repairs and maintenance tasks. To attend college to complete a Level 2 Property Maintenance qualification. This role will be based in Maidstone. Required Skills & Experience \t * Basic & sound knowledge of Health & Safety issues and regulations \t * A great team player \t * Polite, courteous and approachable \t * Organised.
