" Support Workers in Ferndown, Dorset, covering Ferndown, to work with customers to provide practical assistance and emotional support to enable them to live a rich and varied life as part of the community in which they reside. Salary : Up to £18,640.59 per annum (including Geographical Allowance), paid mileage at £0.45 per mile and paid travel time between locations. Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) and Part-time hours available, will include working days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in Closing Date: There is not a closing date for this role, please be advised that we have ongoing interview dates available and that, if your application is considered strong enough, you will be invited to attend an interview at the Dorset office. Job Specification About the role: Working in an environment which encourages a person-centred approach to enable customers to realise their hopes, dreams and aspirations Providing support to individuals to meet their particular needs as identified within their support plan enabling them to make informed choices while promoting their privacy and dignity.
