WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Product Designer / UX & UI , from initial research, through design and on to final delivery, you will be there to shape beautiful interfaces and champion the user throughout the life of each project. We need someone like you to help us in different fronts: * Lead user research on new concepts and existing products, such as user interviews, surveys, usability testing. * Work alongside Product Managers to shape initial project requirements and bring design thinking principle to all work * Experienced in creating designs using input from user research, competitor analysis, business requirements and data. * Produce effective project materials including user flows, wire-frames and Sketch layouts * Collaborate with developers to define and implement innovative solutions * Identify features and improvements to enhance overall product usability, conversion rate and user experience. * Advocate for the user and design excellence. * A strong communicator as you will be working with external teams in different countries. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE Required * 4 years of industry experience as a product experience designer, user designer or similar design-related role. * Agile team. * Previous mobile app design experience. * Designing intuitive graphical interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile devices. EDUCATION Required * Degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Required * Competent with industry standard software; Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC * Ability to use both quant and qual insight to inform decision-making * Able to work with and deliver personas, user journeys, page flows, wireframes, page comps and interactive prototypes. * Language skills - Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
