Job Description
Registered Care Home Manager - Northumberland Linq Healthcare are working with a leading provider or nursing and residential homes across the North East of England to recruit a Home Manager in Northumberland. This is a 35 bed care home for the elderly, some with dementia. In this role as Care Home Manager you will: * Lead the team of carers and support staff * Ensure all the residents are known on a personal level and treated with dignity and respect * Create an environment where your team enjoy coming to work and team spirit is high * Be responsible for the day to day running of the home * Mentor staff and create a learning culture To be considered for this position you will: * Be a motivated and committed individual * Have excellent knowledge of a care home environment and caring for the elderly with dementia * Have knowledge and experience of safeguarding vulnerable adults and an understanding of health and safety legislation * Be energetic and a natural leader * Be passionate and have desire to continue to learn To be considered for this position or for more information call Jo Reid on 07402817248 or send your CV by following the link.
