What we offer: * Extremely Competitive salary * Bonus scheme - Very achievable 15% of annual salary * Company Car or Car Allowance * Life Assurance (4x salary) * Individual membership of Company Healthcare Scheme * 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) What do we need to take your application to the next step? * Proven Management and/or Supervisory experience in a 24 * 7 waste treatment environment. * Knowledge of transport & waste sector (preferably Healthcare) * Excellent IT skills. * COTC clinical waste in treatment and transfer, CPC, IOSH would be desirable. The successful candidates duties will include but not be limited to: * Compliance with all relevant Health & Safety and Environmental/permit regulations and provide feedback to the team via regular meetings * Working closely with commercial team to ensure available capacity is fully utilised * Ensure site financial performance is managed in line with budget * Working closely with direct reports to manage site service delivery in line with customer expectations * Set and monitor key objectives for direct reports * Ensure all staff are appropriately trained and competent to fulfil their duties; and assist with the development of required skills and competencies * Provide regular performance reports and introduce site KPIs where appropriate * Propose, instigate and develop improvements to customer service/logistics, plant, process and people to exceed customer expectations.
