We work across offices, with different practice areas to best serve the needs of our clients. Our Hampshire based Agriculture team are looking for an experienced Solicitor (most likely to have at least 8 years PQE) to join them in their Romsey office located on the Broadlands estate. Supporting the team who act for landowners, estates, farmers and agri-businesses, headed up by our highly regarded Partner, you will assist on non-contentious property cases which include complex strategic land projects. The Agriculture team are number 1 in Chambers & Legal 500 with many of the team holding ranked status for their work. As market leaders working with exceptional clients it's a great time to join the team. You'll be able to demonstrate that you're a Solicitor with a high attention to detail and technical skill in drafting property documents, and who enjoys intellectually challenging legal work. A technical knowledge of Agricultural Law is desirable but not a prerequisite necessarily for the role. (Applicants wishing to work part time may be considered for the role). Working as part of the small team based in a superb converted barn, you will form part of the larger firm wide Agriculture team that serve clients nationally. Your responsibilities will include: * Drafting property documents (often complex) * Preparing and drafting reports to be presented to clients * Research and technical expertise to support other lawyers in the firm's Agricultural team.
