Our Client are hiring Process Superintendents to join our highly productive team in Aberdeen for work offshore in UKNS. Ideal candidates will be experienced in Nitrogen Services and/or Mechanical/Industrial Services. JOB DESCRIPTION To deliver effective process services, achieving revenue and profit targets within budget and securing long term growth through service excellence: * Preparation shutdown procedures and job programmes for medium to large operations. * Liaise with Client both onshore & offshore. * Participate in Client meetings before, during and after the project. * Responsible for the supervision of major process service scopes of work. * Perform related calculations. * Troubleshoot/fault find on all Company pumping equipment. * Track and manage the financial performance of projects. * Prepare procedures, risk assessments and job programmes. * Consider all aspects of process services and recommend best practices for implementation within the process department. * Perform risk assessments. * Perform COSHH assessments on all related substances. * Implement and or request appropriate actions to the Technical Lead. * Report any possible opportunities that may result in obtaining additional work and revenue for the Company. * Ensure that all equipment is in good working order, and maintained/serviced when required. * Record all data required for job reporting. * Perform standard daily checks and full maintenance on pump units. * Assist in coiled tubing operations & general well service operations. * Check all paperwork is complete and is presented to the Client for signing at the end of the job, and is presented at the post job meeting. * Ensure a written record of job activities is kept in an accurate fashion and that all chargeable time features on job paperwork. * Ensure documented feedback is submitted to the training department of all courses/seminars attended, to enable follow-up. * Keep all the job folders in excellent condition when working on specific procedures. * Promote the progression of more junior staff members toward further competence. * Participate in yard operations as required. * Possess a full working knowledge of the Permit to Work system. * Attend pre & post jobs as required. EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS * Comprehensive knowledge of process operations. * Understanding of well services and pipeline disciplines. * Supervisory experience. * UKNS offshore survival and valid medical. * Attain the training and competency level outlined in the Company matrix. * Competent in MS Office and Bluebeam applications.
