We now have a vacancy for a HR Administrator/ Adviser at our site in Brighouse. The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive administrative function to the site and to advise and provide guidance to the management team on HR practice, including legal compliance and company policy. Support the HR Manager to deliver the People Plan, support engagement initiatives and resolve employee relations issues. In this role you are accountable for : * Support the Management Team with any other duties * Maintaining all aspects of HR Administration (documentation, records, spreadsheets, correspondence, filing) * Manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle (new starter process, current employment to termination of employment) * Drafting of all colleague contracts * Provide advice and guidance on Absence Management and Performance Management * Provide advice and guidance on Clipper Policy & Procedures * Oversight of Management / Admin monthly payroll * To support HRM in coaching & upskilling across all levels * Promote and support site engagement & charity / CSR Initiatives * Compliance of HR Audits * Support recruitment and selection through to onboarding - including delivery of induction * Maintaining up to date Employment Law knowledge and manage risk of ER issues * Support training plans by means of effective background administration * To monitor and update all communication outlets with relevant guidelines, communications & promotions Driving licence as occasional travel to other sites will be required Required skills, knowledge and experience: * Business Skills: * Analytics * IT skills / Excel / PowerPoint / Word * Presentation skills * Knowledge: * CIPD Level 5 * Employment Law * Manage Employee Lifecycle * Experience: * ER Case Management * Provide advice to Managers * HR Information System Desirable skills, knowledge and experience: * Business Skills: * Projects * HR Strategy * Knowledge: * Logistics / FMCG * Learning & Development * Talent & Succession Planning * Experience: * Design & deliver training * Employee Engagement * CSR * Coaching and upskilling managers From degree programmes, ILM qualifications and various vocational courses, Clipper can offer you a personalised development toolkit to ensure you are getting the most out of your journey with us.
