Opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our thriving Building Performance Engineering Division located at Merchants House in Bristol (BS1 4RW), our large multidisciplinary office overlooking the Harbourside. Hydrock is an independently owned multidisciplinary consultancy, of circa 500 staff, operating out of 17 offices. We work across all sectors, including commercial, industrial, educational, logistics, heritage, retail, leisure and residential for end user clients, investors, developers, architects, and project managers or engineer-led project teams. Core job functions Supporting or leading on a number of projects Assist the design from site appraisal / feasibility stage Assist with detailed design to construction status information Liaison with design team, statutory authorities and contractors Assist with site surveys and inspection work Development of junior staff as and when required The person we seek A proven Senior Electrical Engineer, with a strong track record in the UK An articulate communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills Sound Knowledge of BIM processes, Revit and IES/Amtech Ambitious and dynamic, you enjoy change and variety Positive outlook and self-motivated Someone who believes in our values and wishes to be part of Hydrock and contribute to our success What you can expect at Hydrock Inspired and motivated colleagues.
