must have a full uk driving licence as a company van will be provided along with flue card and mobile phone this job is for 20hrs a week but it will more than likely be way over this about must be very flexible we we may need to to clean a site with only minutes notice To carry out periodic & reactive cleaning on client premises Cover manager when on holidays and days off To include but not limited to high level cleaning, kitchen deep cleaning, washroom and toilet deep cleaning, carpet & upholstery cleaning, hard floor cleaning and. Working alone or as part of a team providing cover on a variety of shift and missed cleans to include days, nights and weekends. Report and communicate on a daily basis to Area manager or person of authority Record all visits to customers premises on pining system Record travel using mobile travel app. To attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills Complete any other 'ad hoc' duties as required by the needs of the business Meet with Compliance/Store manager to discuss services provided. I.e. next steps events any changes to the working week. Get customers to give written comment on standards i.e. Next steps Carry out cleaning check weekly and safety inspections on site, Deal with non-conformities as a matter of urgency. Document and put into action rectification plan and monitor Support cleaning activity Identify and agree "one-offs" and additional requirements with clients/ customer and pass details to compliance manager for costing.
