The Roles We are looking for experienced Highways Engineers to design and deliver a variety of highway and other infrastructure projects and Engineering Project Managers to undertake the Prince 2 project management of significant infrastructure projects in Warwickshire. The Highways Capital Delivery team in Engineering Design Services comprises new and experienced engineers dedicated to project delivery at both the design and construction phase. Its aim is to improve safety, tackle congestion and enhance travel opportunities in the county. The Project and Programme Management team in Engineering Design Services is a group of skilled and experienced project managers dedicated to the Prince2 management of projects and programmes aiming to improve travel in and around Warwickshire. We need Engineers and Project Managers who are: are great communicators, with the ability to engage with a range of audiences; can solve a variety of complex problems, both technical and non-technical; have experience of local authority infrastructure delivery; can manage project budgets, stakeholders with different needs and work streams with conflicting priorities; and are well-organised, with the ability to manage and maintain all types of project documentation.
