Field1 These keyworker roles are critical in guiding people through their financial ups and downs, so this is a really key time to show your interest in joining us. We're always keeping an eye out for customer focussed people to join our branches as Member Representatives in and around London South. Please apply now to register your interest to join our TalentPool. This means you will go through our pre-screening assessments and be ready for a face to face interview when a role comes up. What you'll be doing We'll give you all the training you need to set you up for a successful career with us. You'll learn about Nationwide and the way we look after our members by shadowing colleagues and spending time in our virtual classrooms. Once trained, you'll get to know our members, understand their needs and build relationships to deliver the legendary service we're known for. You will confidently meet and greet our members in the branch, pointing them in the right direction and responding to their questions. Ensure you manage daily tasks efficiently, making sure you're doing the right thing in the right way for our members. You'll talk to different people which will involve lots of different types of conversations and taking ownership of answering simple questions to handling complex problems. Finally, you'll keep up to speed with product knowledge and initiatives to support our members. About you We're not just looking for your experience and skills. It would be great if you are aware of financial products, such as a current accounts, personal loans and credit cards.
