Are you an experienced E-Commece specialist looking for a new challenge? Are you perhaps a contractor looking to get back into permanent work but still ideally seeking a diverse workload across multiple businesses? We are currently supporting a team of 5 like-minded partner businesses in Ipswich who are recruiting for an enthusiastic and experience E-Commerce specialist to fast-forward their move into the E-Commerce space as a key drive towards bouncing back from Covid19. The expectation is that the successful candidate will move around on a day per week basis (or similar to suit) between the different entities. The main purpose of the role is to work with existing marketing personnel in each business to improve existing E-Commerce sites and apply knowledge and experience to advise and execute improvements in a timely fashion that will ultimately drive the bottom line Requirements * Be proactive in reporting new opportunities for growth along with designing strategies for implementation * Be committed to building and running an activity report with ROI on all marketing activities * Be responsible to carry out all activities in accordance with the company's H&S Policy In order to be considered for this role, you must hold the below personal skills and attributes: * Experience in building and maximizing a diversity of E-Commerce sites with a clear track record of success * Experience with improving AOV, Google Analytics, Google shopping, as well as maximising lead sources such as Organic, Paid and Social and an understanding of shopping behaviours * Excellent interpersonal and team skills * Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude * The understanding that the extra mile is often the only one that counts * High energy levels and the desire to get ahead in the post-Covid world of business * Utilised A/B testing platforms to enhance and improve the UX * Strong project management skills and experience delivering digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue and increase profitable leads * Impeccable stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and educate senior stakeholders, including Board members. * Experience in upskilling individuals in eCommerce techniques and digital marketing methods. * A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and cross-functionally. Experience working with Marketplaces would be advantageous, especially Amazon Benefits * Permanent position offering diverse workloads across multiple partnered businesses * Salary between 35,000 - 50,000 per annum DOE * Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 * Company vehicle/allowance provided * Pension Scheme * Free on-site parking facilities across each business * 25 days holiday + 8 days BH
