Job Description Version 1 has won a major piece of work with a new client; this project will be supporting the internal IT project for a world-leading Investment Management business. This is an opportunity to work within our new client, collaborating across the business and support Version 1's service. This client is driving forward on a digital transformation focused on the full spectre operating model with future growth in mind. As the Middle Office Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing the Middle Office processes, understanding the systems around the Aladdin application, understanding how the system can be optimised and implementing these changes. You will be ensuring that the organisation has the best process and automation to deliver scalable business growth. You will be doing a wide variety of activities including : * Working with subject matter experts to gain requirements and design improvements * Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements * Analysis and create solutions for improvement s * Document and facilitate discussion with stakeholders * Support development of the IT system, testing and go-live Qualifications Essential criteria : * Experience in the investment management industry * Middle Office process and system experience * Experienced Business Analyst * Working experience of Excel to a high level * Experience of Agile and working in a Scrum team Preferred criteria : * Aladdin by Blackrock experience * Experience of system implementation and testing Additional Information Additional Information We are an equal opportunities employer.
