Job Description
Skilled Fitter Fakenham, Norfolk Full time position with good rate of pay based on experience Are you an experienced Fitter with a background in the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical products to a high standard? If so you could be the person our client is looking for ... Specific Duties * Pre-assembly preparation of mechanical and fabricated assembly's e.g. de-burring, counter sinking and tapping etc. * Wiring of low voltage panels * Preparation of sub-assemblies * Assembly of finished product, on time and to the required standard * Testing of electro-mechanical products to a high standard Skills & Attributes * Practical knowledge and experience of engineering practices, e.g. drilling and tapping * Eye for detail * Ability to read manufacturing / technical drawings * Demonstrate a high level of consistency * Team work * Willingness to learn * Ability to work on own initiative It is desirable that you have your own tools and safety footwear.
