Job Description
Zoopla is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our new and growing Product Marketing team. Zoopla is a well known household brand in the property space; currently undergoing an exciting transformation to become the UK's no.1 destination for buyers and renters. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact through partnering with teams across the business to bring exciting new products to the market. The purpose of our Product Marketing team is to partner closely with the product and commercial teams, to help inform the value proposition, positioning and strategic direction of products, while transforming how we bring products to market. We are hiring Product Marketing managers who are dynamic, have a strong understanding of the customer and can help develop this new function at Zoopla. The Product Marketing manager will work on a range of product marketing projects embedding themselves within our product teams, while helping to build the approach, structure and workflows for the new team. As we transform the overall product experience, we're looking to become more audience focussed and needs based, whilst leading the way for how our industry innovates. You will be responsible for showcasing key opportunities, developing strategies, and managing projects that drive preference and business growth. We are excited to create this new role, which will have a direct impact on the accelerated growth of our business and the next chapter in the development of the Zoopla brand. Your Role * Develop and own Product Marketing strategy for your products and teams at Zoopla. * Understand Zoopla users and articulate their needs, conducting and collaborating on user, market, and competitor research to better understand market trends and apply learnings to strategy and new initiatives. * Establish new levers for business growth and collaborate on creating playbooks and processes for Product Marketing at Zoopla. * Drive new innovations for our target customer segments and products, through working with cross functional teams to build robust business cases to validate. * Communicate key information, coordinate activity and foster collaboration between several stakeholders of Product, Marketing, Sales, Support and senior management. * Manage the go to market process, supporting sales teams with the tools and education they need to sell product. * Drive awareness and understanding of Zoopla products through compelling launch plans and multi-channel campaigns covering targeting, positioning, messaging, and creative for product launches. * Iterate on the customer value proposition for Zoopla and articulate use cases and value in all customer-facing messaging. * Measure and track impact and effectiveness of products in the market throughout their lifecycle. Requirements Your Profile * 2-5+ years of experience in a relevant role such as marketing, product marketing, strategy or a comparable function . * Ideally your background is in technology or a digital marketplace. * You have a proven track record of partnering with product teams to shape development roadmaps and marketing teams to create innovative growth marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption and usage for B2C audiences. * You are customer obsessed with experience of analysing data and applying insights to help optimise the product experience. * You're a self-starter with the ability to build programs from the ground up: you have a bias to action and are ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done * You can understand the strategic big picture while driving action in the day to day. * You have strong project management and interpersonal skills and are able to work with Product, User Research, Commercial and Marketing teams to identify, prioritise, realise opportunities and drive measurable results. * You have exceptional knowledge about how to set up and manage campaigns and their performance, coordinating from creative brief and planning through to testing and optimisation. You comfortably derive insights from data and recommend actionable improvements. * You've always wanted to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and are comfortable working with all levels and teams in an organization. Experience of google analytics, mailchimp, salesforce, mixpanel is a bonus.
