As member of the Managed Services capability within PwC Advisory, you'll help our clients in their day-to-day execution to achieve their business objectives. You will help them to innovate and undertake change to adopt new ways of working. For our clients in the Utilities and in the Chemical sector, we are looking for Technical and Logistic Support Officers . You will work in the Maintenance department of our clients. The technicians of the Maintenance department are responsible for doing the preventive and corrective maintenance of the production installations. You will work in close collaboration with them and help them with all the support and administrative activities. You will report the client project lead and the client assistant project lead who lead the maintenance work. You are responsible for a wide range of responsibilities and you ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. You will execute the agreed daily tasks and you will also continuously look for improvements. You work as part of a team and focus on the well-being of the entire team. The maintenance work are done in different production sites (electrical & chemical plants) across Belgium during specific periods. You will be present onsite during overhaul periods. During the overhaul, you might be asked to work in shift. Outside of overhaul period, you will work during normal hours. As Technical & Logistic Support Officer , you ensure that your tasks are completed respecting proper rules, procedures, regulations and in the most effective and efficient way. You will always also perform your tasks with a special attention on the safety aspects so the entire maintenance team stay safe. Your main tasks consists of the following activities: * Help the technicians with the planning of the overhaul * Requests the offers to the contractors for the services and for the spare parts * Prepare and calculate the budget for the overhaul * Make the reservations for the spare parts in SAP * Prepare the work orders to execute the maintenance work in SAP * Prepare the purchase requests in SAP for the contractors to execute the maintenance * Update the maintenance planning based on the technicians feedback * Communicate with the contractors about the planning and about other practicalities * Organize the transports of spare parts across sites * Support the technicians with the printing of the required document during the overhaul * Support the technicians with the preparation of the quality documentation (measurement sheets, ...) to be documented during the overhaul * Reserve the tooling to be used by the technicians during the overhaul and make sure that it is ready for the start of the work onsite * Replenishment the containers with consumables used by the technicians during the overhaul * Follow-up the budget during the overhaul * Solve blocked invoices related to contracts or to spare parts We are looking for applicants who are very interested to work in Maintenance environment in the Power generation and Chemicals industry.
