You will be based from our Leicester Customer Care Centre with responsibility for both our New Equipment and Service Billing teams. As a Billing Manager, you will: + Lead the Billing teams and offer support and direction to ensure that business goals are achieved + Ensure a high level of customer service delivery through managing and developing key stakeholder relationships + Be the main focal point for all escalations offering rapid solutions + Be able to thrive in and contribute to our ongoing journey of transformation as we implement major changes to our systems and processes + Deliver a reduction in billing errors through continuous improvement activities and identifying root causes of turnbacks To be successful in this role you will: + Use your Change Management experience to lead the team through a period of significant change + Have strong Billing experience + Be able to demonstrate success in coaching and mentoring high performing teams + Understand the wider finance functions and build strong cross functional relationships + Have the ability to re-evaluate moving priorities in line with changing business needs + Be organised and have a structured approach to your workload + Have strong IT skills including advanced Excel What can we offer you? + Strong Remuneration Package + A real commitment to career progression with access to funded study schemes such as our industry leading Employee Scholarship Program and Educational Assistance Scheme + A culture which encourages innovative ideas and appreciates our talent is the key to our success More about us: Otis Elevator Company is the world's largest manufacturer and maintainer of people-moving products, including elevators, escalators and moving walkways.
