Job Description

SalesStaff Manager RoleSummary: Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will service an existing client base and seek to identify new markets and customers from an assigned geographical region. Product portfolio will include all service lines within the Pipeline and Process offered services, while having an awareness of Pipeline Inspection and Integrity products. EssentialResponsibilities: + Promote thegrowth of P&M Sales within a defined customer base. This includes allPipeline and Process services. + Responsiblefor the Identification, qualification, pursuit and capture all salesopportunities with the objective of maximizing sales. + Develop andbuild the sales input to the S1 (GSP) and S2 (OP) planning process for yourresponsible area. + Responsiblefor the delivery of the annual orders budget at the required profitabilitylevel for the region + Strategicallymanage develop, maintain and nurture customers relationships. + Lead thepreparation, submission, tracking and closing of quotations and proposals. + On award ofcontract ensure effective handover to operations department for execution. + Develop andimplement strategies for key accounts, tenders and strategic deals. + Make salespresentations to senior level customers & internal BH management. Qualifications/Requirements: + Experiencein Oil & Gas or Industrial Services Industry + Degree inengineering discipline would be an advantageous + A record ofaccomplishment in sales + StrongInterpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills + Ability tocommunicate at all levels within customer organisation as well as BH + Driven andan effective team contributor and member DesiredCharacteristics: + Familiaritywith the PPS product line + Knowledge ofcommercial and contract language + Existingcontacts across a wide customer base. Management & executive- levelcontacts desirable with key customers. + Knowledge ofthe PPS region marketplace for PPS services including key customercharacteristics and behaviors, key opportunities, and competitor characteristicsand behaviors Other Comments + Must becompetent in the use of Microsoft packages + Must be HSEfocused + Must beready to participate in any BH training + Must beready to travel when required.
