Do you have experience of working as a recruiter, preferably but not essential within the Care Service industry? If yes then we would love to hear from you Universal Care Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Hinckley. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within recruitment, ideally within the Care industry. Hours 9:00am 5pm, Monday to Friday Requirements * Good communication and people skills at all levels * Outstanding organisational and administration skills with attention to detail * Ability to inspire others and project a positive company image at all times * An ability to supervise and maintain control of recruitment processes throughout all operational levels * A willingness to continually develop recruitment methods to improve performance * Good IT/computer skills * Good understanding of recruiting via social media MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver a business recruitment solution as part of the recruitment team * Source relevant candidates for job vacancies held at Universal Care Services * Screen and interview applicants to identify potential employees * Maintain a professional image of the company and promote the business at every opportunity * Ensure that candidates meet with compliance checks as required by the relevant governing bodies * Work in partnership with Management and Operations teams to identify recruitment needs and localised issues * Communicate and maintain workflows between the recruitment team and any internal / external parties * Ensure that business recruitment needs are met wherever required * Uphold an equal opportunity and anti-discrimination practice Benefits * Bonus scheme * On-site parking * 20 days paid annual leave * Paid Mileage
