Job Description

**Role Summary:** Once the Commercial Operations Graduate has completed an initial orientation and training, they will be responsible for supporting field sales leaders, follow up on meetings, events/customer events planning. The role includes analytical work and report processing and management of department communication needs. This is a fantastic role to gain a foundation of knowledge, experience & exposure to a Commercial/Sales environment. **Essential Responsibilities:** + Support Regional Executive Manager (REM) in developing & driving operational rigor across the LCS business. + Support REM in day to day activity and planning + Acting as an information distribution centre for Life Care Solutions (LCS). Collect, consolidate and disseminate information from/to all the team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy + Support Sales Managers with periodic sales performance analysis; Orders forecast and ensure they remain up to date. + Collect data from numerous sources to then provide analytics to the LCS business to better understand dynamics and drive visibility to promote improvements and growth. + Input to drive improvements around Sales Force.Com (SFDC), General Reporting & Analytics, Stock visibility and activity to drive reduction. + Provide policy and process support to sales team on tendering: information collection, country policy research etc. + Support Sales with Customer Visits organization ensuring correct details and travel plans are maintained for all personnel involved. + Liaise with Customers where necessary to support sales activity. + Requirement to travel throughout the UK as required to support Sales activity and personal development (minimal). + This role will start as soon as possible for a duration of 2 years. The location will be Amersham, with some opportunity for field work. **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy, particularly Excel skills to be able to consolidate data from numerous sources and manipulate (eg pivots tables & VLookup's) + Excellent verbal and written communication. + Experience in the use of SFDC would be beneficial (& WAVE Module) + Ability to work remotely from the direct team but also work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time. + High level of telephone and customer care skills. + Time Management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision. + Fluent English.
