Position Description **Position Description: SEI's Institutional Group is one of the first and largest global providers of outsourced investment management services. We deliver integrated retirement, healthcare and nonprofit solutions to more than 480 clients in 12 countries and in the UK our core propositions are Fiduciary Management and Defined Contribution Master Trust. We are now looking for a Consultant Relations Director who will make a real impact on increasing assets under management through promoting our solution to key intermediaries including Fiduciary Management Consultants and DC Consultants. What you'll do: You will manage existing relationships and develop new relationships with Fiduciary Management consultants, Defined Contribution plan consultants and other third party consultants in order to increase the number of qualified opportunities and to contribute to successful new business wins The aim is to be given a "Buy" rating (or equivalent) from all potential lead sources that translates into new opportunities for the Sales team With the assistance of the Institutional RFP team you will manage responses to quarterly or regular questionnaires and RFPs from third party consultants You'll manage and host research meetings with third party consultants, developing content where required You will use your developed networking skills in attending networking and industry events in the pursuit of new lead generation opportunities All the time whilst ensuring these efforts remain aligned to the business unit and SEI strategy ** Position Requirements What you'll bring to the table: You will have a solid knowledge of the UK pensions market ideally from a Fiduciary Management, Defined Contribution Master Trust background. Industry qualifications (IMC, CFA etc) would be useful You might also have worked in a Consulting firm in a related role, perhaps having been involved in DC Master Trust selection Ideally you will have business development experience with exposure to developing strategic and innovative lead generation programs for an institutional client base Attributes we value: Ability to demonstrate initiative and drive in establishing new relationships and managing and improving existing relationships with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders You will possess outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and project management skills You will be decisive and results orientated SEI is an equal opportunities employer and so much more...
