We're looking to hire an Administrative Team Leader who encompasses outstanding management talent and can coordinate and balance all aspects of people supervision. Hardworking with a can do attitude, you're keen to share your knowledge with your team members, mentoring them and developing their skill set. Taking the initiative to lead from the front, demonstrating what good management looks like! Your Role: * Coordinate the day-to-day running of the administrative team and people management of a dedicated and enthusiastic group of people. This includes daily tasks such as claim payment processing, local business operations, facility management and providing crucial support for new business tenders. * Manage, lead and motivate team members, whilst carrying out appraisals and settling performance targets and objectives. * Coordinate all business support functions; archiving, local ordering, financial payment processes and external deliveries and collections. * Promptly manage all external and internal telephone calls and enquiries. * Work with the team and improve the service provided to our clients, insurers and other department by proactively proposing improvements and their implementations Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications: * Educated to GCSE and/or A Level standard or equivalent is essential. * Good knowledge of general insurance products, services, and basic underlying legal principles and practices. * Team leader/supervisory experience with excellent team building and leadership skills so to professionally assist and instruct staff. Excellent communication skills are essential. * Excellent interpersonal skills and keen people management, a confident problem solver with a good level of empathy and engagement. * With a consistent track record you display strong business acumen in a targeted environment, keen to build and develop effective relationships. * You have the highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus * Eligible to work in the UK.
