Job Description

Role Summary: Drive a consistent, accurate and organised approach to operational execution within the SPS, Services and Offshore engineering team. Primary responsibilities include: management of KPIs, base cost budget control, demand vs. capacity planning and global resource tracking. Essential Responsibilities: The Engineering Operations Analyst will report directly to the Engineering Operations Manager, providing tactical support across the following activities: + Managingengineering costs through the planning and execution cycles (S2/MRP, OP) + Operationalmetrics to monitor overall cost, efficiency and utilization + Globalresource management of engineering headcount + Analysisof SPSS workload allocation across PLs and BCC locations + Identificationof outsourcing opportunities based on D/C (work packages and turnkey solutions) + Programsbudget allocation and spend reports (incl. NPI, RTS) + Fulfilment/Executionmetrics to meet customer and business expectations + Simplificationand efficiency improvement initiatives + Engagementand collaboration with Engineering Product Line and Regional Leaders Qualifications/Requirements: + Business-relateddegree or equivalent industrial experience + Experience workingin a dynamic projects, engineering or finance environment + Highly organisedself-starter, with ability to time manage priorities to meet deadlines + Team player, withstrong interpersonal and influencing skills to communicate/interfacecross-functionally + Effectivecommunicator, verbal and written + Creative thinking,problem-solving capabilities + Excellentanalytical skills, able to identify key drivers in data sets + Proficient usingMS Office (particularly Excel) + Familiarity withBH digital tools - Tableau, RealTrack, SAP, Oracle, P6, etc. + Basic primavera P6planning expertise, for example: + create, develop and maintain schedules + manage and maintain P6 libraries (roles/resources) + allocation of booking codes to support weekly timesheetvouchering + create/extract reports - cost, time, resource + practical knowledge of common planning and scheduling terms,techniques and tools + Desire to obtain alarger strategic view of business operations and cross-functional collaboration Applications from job seekers who require sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications.
