Last Updated Date:Jan 8, 2020 Location:Renfrew, RFW, GB, PA4 8DJ Company:Doosan Corp Job Information Location - Renfrew Competitive salary and benefits At Doosan Babcock our Asset Management sector has a requirement for a number of Senior Technicians to join our highly skilled NDT Department. These roles will support a business which creates and applies high end NDT solutions to solve inspection problems across multiple industries. Whilst the key base is Renfrew, UK, the role involves the opportunity for travel deploying NDT solutions at customer sites in the UK and beyond. Creative problem solving, a 'can do' attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to travel are essential, as well as excellent operational awareness. The topics dealt with daily will be diverse and an ability to adapt and integrate new and existing solutions will be required. As part of the team you'll get involved in developing and delivering both large scale Automated NDT inspections on nuclear plant, and Specialised & Manual NDT inspections which supports our wider business and customers. The role holder requires relevant industry experience and a working knowledge of standard NDT principles, theories and practices for their relevant engineering discipline as well as a good working knowledge of the industry. Experience of either Automated NDT systems, Phased Array UT and Eddy Current Array are desirable.
