Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Banking & Finance Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary The opportunity We are the leading provider of Advisory Services in the Financial Services industry in Greece, assisting financial institutions in diverse areas, including financial and operational performance improvement, strategy and regulations, and risk management. Our clients are commercial and retail banks, insurance companies, investment firms and regulators. In this dynamic environment we are looking for a Banking Manager for our Financial Services team in Athens withexperience in banking business model transformation, including digital landscaping, customer experience, and operational excellence. As a part of our team you will: * Leading transformation projects and workstreams * Manage the preparation of high quality deliverables and monitor project economics * Coaching and enabling teams to deliver high quality results * Support the development of new opportunities in the market * Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts What we are looking for * Five (5) to seven (7) years of previous working experience in Banking industry in a leading consultancy firm or Banking Institution * Bachelor and Masters' degrees from top-tier universities in Banking, Risk Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant discipline * A relevant professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CFA, PRM, FRM) will be highly regarded. * Proven record or demonstrated ability to manage large projects in the following areas: * Business and operating model design * Front office transformation especially in Retail and / or Commercial Banking * Transformation of operations and client services to improve efficiency and customer experience * Excellent understanding of technology solutions available in the market * Ability to comfortably address problems and meet requirements at a strategic and execution level * Excellent business analysis skills to deliver change in business and/or operating model * Experience in the application of agile methods and tools * A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels * Fluent in English * Military services fulfilled for male candidates What's in it for you PwC is all about people, encouraging high performance and quality.
