The Data Infrastructure Team builds scalable and reliable platforms for the collection, management and analysis of data. They build tools and provide support for anyone at FB who would like to use our platforms to make data-driven decisions or build data-intensive products and services. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role within Data Infrastructure Engineering, driving huge projects across systems and services that are used by all of Facebook's family of apps. Relevant experience is important, but ultimately less so than your demonstrated abilities and attitude. Facebook's infrastructure is constantly redefining what is possible, and we need program managers that can do the same. This is a full-time position based in our London office. Posted- 21st May 2020 Closing- 19th June 2020. **Required Skills:** 1. Manage cross-functional infrastructure software engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas. 2. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery. 3. Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases. 4. Perform risk management and change management on projects. 5. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks. 6. Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions. 7. Help define the roadmap and long term strategy of the teams you are working with. 8. Help drive product decisions to align with higher company initiatives. 9. Interface with Engineering and business owners for project requirements and scope. **Minimum Qualifications:** 10. B.S. or M.S. in a Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience. 11. At least 8 years of Software engineering or Systems engineering experience, in addition to at least 2 years of Technical Program/Product management experience. 12. Experience with external facing production systems for high traffic websites and services. 13. Experience in Backend Infrastructure/Distributed systems. 14. Experience in the Big Data/Cloud Computing/Storage space. 15. Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams. 16. Organisational and coordination experience along with multi-tasking capabilities. 17. Experience motivating and focusing in collaboration to reach goals. 18. Ability to influence and build consensus across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders to drive complex programs and projects. 19. Analytical and problem-solving. **Industry:** Internet
