We currently have vacancy for a Project Delivery Co-Ordinator based at our office in Milton Keynes. Your Mission:Provide full support to installation requests.Manage the back office set up for metering points including any commissioning which may be required.To support projects for water monitoring, gas chip, bio mass etc.To work closely with other internal operational functions to ensure delivery of Operational servicesTo complete customer documentation for projects such as O&M ManualsTo undertake process development or reviews as appropriate Your Responsibility: Provide full support in the management of installation projects; working with the customers central sponsor and their location managers to agree installation dates and arrange resourcing with IMServ field operationsProvide information to our purchasing/field management for stock requirements for installations: forecasting and recording of equipment used; working with IMServ field operations to ensure correct stock is available.Tracking installation progress and issues; resolving issues that ariseProvide administration support for all orders and daily tasks within the department.Manage the missing data process and escalate any issuesManage the faults process including arranging site visits and liaising with the customer where necessary, escalating where possible.Providing full support to the survey team when requiredWork with our third party suppliers when necessary to request quotations, arrange installations and raise issuesProviding full support when required which could mean OOH (requirement for out of hours working - typically evenings)To provide reporting on SLA's for customers and suppliersTo raise purchase orders for suppliersTo manage the invoicing process for Carbon and Energy DepartmentWorking with other teams to create and execute a cohesive, efficient and customer-focussed delivery modelIdentify own development needs and create a development plan Schneider Competencies for the roleAnalyse issuesCommunicate effectivelyBusiness acumenInfluence and convinceAchieve sustainable resultsFocus on customer About YouSkills (i.e. communication / problem solving / autonomy/ analytical / meet deadlines)Strong, clear communication skillsGood problem solving skills, able to grasp problems quickly and draw informed conclusionsAnticipates issues and is pro-active in dealing with them Flexible, willing and able to cope with change with the ability to work under pressure.
