RoleSummary: The UK Service Delivery Manager - Drilling Services manages the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services. Ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence for the assigned area. EssentialResponsibilities: + Ensure all activities are carried outaccording to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars + Collaborate with sales/commercialteams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area tounderstand the activity forecast (volume and complexity) + Ensure flawless execution and on-timedelivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexityof forecasted activity and ensuring Quality plans are in line with our jobcycle process + Ensure that the team fully understandthe contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest ourcontracts and collect what we are owed + Oversee the budget and P&L for thearea of responsibility + Develop team in line with competencyand training programs for their respective positions as well as future careerplans Qualifications/Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in engineering orscientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industryexperience within product line + Strong work experience within DrillingServices in a relevant role + Previous exposure to North Seaenvironment and operations + Excellent leadership, stronginterpersonal, influencing and planning skills + Demonstrated ability to work in aglobal matrix organization + Provenability to effectively influence and establish credibility with seniorleaders Desired Characteristics: + Preferred prior experience includes rolessuch as: field/remote engineer,applications engineer or similar, service delivery coordinator, P&Lmanagement responsibility Location : Aberdeen, UK This is your opportunity to learn more, do more, live the career you have imagined and be part of a truly diverse organization Baker Hughes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
