Trainee Pensions Administrator - Pensions Operations - Ipswich About Buck: At Buck we offer market leading Pensions Administration solutions to a wide portfolio of corporate clients. Our integrated administration platform includes case management, document management, and ad-hoc reporting to provide administrative staff with the productivity and efficiency tools they need to get the job done. The opportunity: We currently have an opportunity for a Pensions Administrator to join our team in the Buck Global Ipswich office. This role will ideally suit a recent graduate with strong numerical and communication skills. Job purpose & objectives: + To administer corporate DB and DC pension schemes in accordance with contracts to the required standards and deadlines. + Responsible for day to day administration for a portfolio of both DB and DC Occupational Pension Schemes. Duties: + Carry out pension administration tasks and calculations accurately and in accordance with internal processes and company policies, adhering to procedures and standards regarding work and conduct; + Management of pensioner payrolls, pension increases and ensure the annual notification of the lifetime allowance used is notified to pensioners in a timely manner; + Management of investment of contributions; + Management of unit reconciliations/lifestyle switches; + Assisting team members as required; + Carry out such other duties and take on additional responsibilities as may be agreed from time to time. Qualifications: + Ideally degree education - with strong numerical and communication skills. + Willing to study towards relevant qualifications - QPA or PMI; + The ability to carrying out complex pension's calculations; + Experience processing and collecting and inputting data and information as delegated; + Ability to priorities workload, keeping to deadlines and disclosure requirements; + Information Technology literate - in the use of Office Systems, e.g. Microsoft Office for word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentations.
