Job Summary: We are now looking for an OSS Transformation Consultant, who will drive and/or participate in customer engagements from lead generation to contract fulfilment in agreement with the Key Account Manager. Responsibilities: In this role, you will be working under the direction of a Principal or Senior Consultant to ensure that Consulting projects are fulfilled and delivered in time, with a high quality and within budget. You will deliver value to the customer by analysing and proposing improvements on customers' business processes In addition you will be delivering improvement around customer operations, organization, IT and network processes. You will support short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by interacting closely with customers to identify new business opportunities that benefit both the customers and Ericsson. Key Qualifications: Degree in engineering, business, network communication, computer science or information systems At least 3-5 years of Telecom Operations experience Domain experience: OSS Transformation and transformation strategies Understanding of OSS Inventory Business Process design and analysis Experience of Aris or SPARX tools - Business process planning tools Willing to travel up to 50% (UK) on shorter and longer assignments Be able to prove your right to work in the UK Why Apply: Are you looking to take the next step in your career with a company who can offer professional progression?
