About the job The Carlton Tower Jumeirah has an exciting opportunity for a talented Food & Beverage Coordinator to perform their craft in our luxurious hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of the role are: * To provide full administrative service to the F&B Division under the general guidance and supervision of the F&B Director * To assist the F&B Director at all time in the day to day operation and to provide hand on assistance to the outlets if operational difficulties occur, and supervise banquets when necessary. * To assist the Director of Food and Beverage in all administrative jobs in the Food and Beverage Office - forms, reports, correspondence, letters, telephone enquiries. * Provide administrative support to the F&B departments * Ensure smooth and coherent communication between the F&B outlets and other departments in the hotel. * Assisting with effective F&B operations and reporting. * Assist the F&B Director in driving revenue. * To assist in the compilation, maintained standards and printing of all wine lists, menus and collateral. * To assist in monitoring competitor activities and price lists. * To assist with the preparation and compilation of the annual F&B business plan. * To assist and coordinate special F&B festivals, functions and promotions and attend when required.
