Consultant for management and transaction consulting - focus on IT In the area of Deals - Delivering Deal Value Technology, we advise our clients in the context of corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions) in strategic as well as operational issues and challenges related to IT. This includes IT due diligence, post-merger integration and carve-outs. Our clients include mainly industrial groups, large medium-sized companies as well as private equity houses and their portfolio companies. Role description The DDV Technology consultant will primarily focus on supporting the execution of IT initiatives throughout the M&A lifecycle. You will be involved in the assessment including functionality and the underlying processes of the entire IT landscape.
