Apply and come join our team! HERE'S A TASTE O F WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Lead, own and develop the eCommerce strategy for the UK Retail Multiples, Convenience and Pureplay business. Build and grow commercial relationships with leading multiples/convenience and pure play digital retailers to deliver the quarterly and annual NSV, TA, MC and Share targets. Accountabilities + Responsible for the P&L and tailored customer growth plan, you set the annual e-commerce customer plan for each customer and then execute it with the full support of a cross-functional team for the accounts within the designated channels. The customer plan will align with and be part of the broader engagement with each customer. + Work with Marketing Activation and National Account team members to build & activate against key customer and Kellogg's promotional periods, online Events, New Product Launches and category initiatives. Deliver Digital Shelf Excellence within UK retailers to transform our sales and retail execution. + Establish strategic customer relationships across buying, media buying, master data and analytics that enable Kellogg's to be the supplier of choice for retailer eCommerce developments; work with customers to maximise their digital platforms to improve the Kellogg online path to purchase. + Share insights and learnings with the Irish team to ensure alignment across joint customers e.g. Tesco. + Employ data and insight to identify opportunities to grow our brands with shoppers across all priority occasions. Secure new listings and deliver against key commercial KPIS of accretive portfolio economics, 500bp share advantage online vs. offline and category leading growth. + Manage online advertising, search spend and promotional spend within agreed parameters and ensure accurate, up to date records are in place. Conduct regular evaluations of a minimum of 75 % spend to monitor and improve efficiency thereof. + Be the expert within the Kellogg's UK business on the eCommerce channel and accounts for, keep abreast of the latest digital sector developments and opportunities, and support the Global and European Agenda for E-Commerce including regular account, European and Global reporting requirements. + Manage the day to day eCommerce sales operation within the direction set by the Transformation Growth Lead seeking approval for any variances, including dealing outside of guidelines. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Knowledge, Skills and Experience + Significant experience with digital retailers, supplier knowledge and with extensive knowledge of the digital landscape + Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn with a proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results + Experience of creating strategies specific to retailers' platforms e.g. Amazon, Tesco + Experience of managing several digital national accounts preferable + Experience in both B2C and B2B eComm channels is preferable + People management experience preferable Relationships + Customer Directors, National Account Managers, European and Global eCommerce team leads, Marketing Activation Leads + External: Retailer, Business to Business and Pure Play Senior Contacts OUR GROWTH COM
