Symphony is expanding its product marketing team and is seeking an exceptional individual to join an expert group of marketing professionals. This position will be responsible for developing the value propositions and go-to-market for Symphony's secure collaboration solutions. You will develop the full range of supporting collateral from sales presentations to launch plans and training materials. You'll be supported by the other marketing team members but will coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure the success of your initiatives. You'll include the necessary telemetry and analytics to ensure measurement at delivery and over time. The position requires close interaction with other members of the marketing and broader teams including Sales, Design, Communications, Digital Marketing, Web, Marketing automation and the Product Managers, so it is important that candidates are able to show a track record of successfully delivering collaborative projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and strong communicator (written and verbal), and will build the necessary cross-organizational relationships to drive successful projects and campaigns. Experience in SaaS and/or cyber security products is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define go-to-market strategy in partnership with product managers, sales and finance * Run positioning, packaging and promotion for various product and service lines * Lead a set of structured product launches * Develop audience-specific value propositions * Ensure message consistency across all communications channels * Develop sales collateral (presentations, brochures, data sheets, FAQs) * Develop and mature sales playbooks and related materials * Work with writers to develop customer case studies * Collaborate with alliance partners and build and execute joint go-to-market plans * Conduct market segmentation and analyze competitors REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in SaaS product marketing or Cyber Security or investment banking * Experience working in growth stage startup * Ability to understand technology and explain it in beautifully crafted copy PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Product management of a technology product or service * Experience marketing products in team collaboration or unified communications * Experience managing B2B enterprise partner programs * Technical degree (BS in CS, CE, EE, Math, Physics or other tech degree) * MBA a plus ABOUT SYMPHONY Symphony is the cloud-based messaging and collaboration platform that connects markets, organizations and individuals, securely.
