Umbrella Payroll Manager - Salary upto £40k DOE - Ringwood Bond Williams Accountancy and Finance are recruiting an Umbrella Payroll Manager for our client based in Ringwood As Umbrella Payroll Manager you will be responsible for liaising with agency partners to on-board new umbrella employees/contractors. Your role as Umbrella Payroll Manager will include: * Liaise with agency partners in on-boarding new umbrella employees and agreeing contract terms * Management of junior employees * Advise and implement on new payroll processes * KPI reporting for the board * Processing payroll (monthly and weekly) for our Umbrella employees * Deal with employee/HMRC payroll queries * Auto enrolment pension compliance/submissions * End of year payroll returns * Maintenance of PAYE controls * Focusing on great service and meeting the day to day demands of the umbrella employees and agency partners Experience and Requirements: You will need to have recent payroll experience working in an Umbrella company, be confident and organised and have a high level of attention to detail. Training will be provided on internal processes and software.
