Job Description
Landscaping Project Manager Are you an experienced Landscaping Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work on some of the finest gardens in Cheshire? Would you like to help grow an already well-established garden design and build company? Then we have just the opportunity you are looking for... Salary: £40K - £50K depending on experience Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday Benefits: 28 days holiday pay, pension, company van DESPITE THE CURRENT COVID-19 OUTBREAK OUR CLIENT IS STILL WORKING (USING SAFE WORKING PRACTICIES) AND HAS A LARGE ORDER BOOK OF FANTASTIC PROJECTS TO COMPLETE. Our client is a domestic garden landscaping specialist based in Cheshire, with many years of experience in creating award winning gardens and driveways. Typical areas covered are Hale, Knutsford, Bramhall, Northwich. This is an exciting opportunity to join, help grow, and add to our client's supportive and positive working environment. Duties Include: * Managing, in parallel, multiple hard and soft landscaping projects from 30K-300K. * Very high level landscaping work - to "show garden" standard. * Working with design and sales teams to deliver projects on budget, on time and to exacting standards. * Building, training, motivating multiple landscaping teams. * Procure materials in accordance with specifications. The Ideal Candidate must have:- * Proven experience delivering multiple domestic landscaping projects to the highest standard. * Excellent landscaping skills in a wide variety of tasks. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * IT skills in Microsoft office. Additional Requirements: * 15 Years of landscaping experience * at least 3 years' experience within a 'management' based role * Vehicle Licence Keywords: Landscaper, Landscaping, Site Manager, Project Manager.
