Role Overview As the Print Service Manager you will be responsible for the delivery, service maintenance and management of the global printing services which support a diverse business that have reliance on a range of changing print demands and solutions that will support our Digital and Sustainability agenda's, ensuring that AstraZeneca remains at the forefront of End User technology services. As the Print Service Manager you will be responsible for leading the full service lifecycle from requirements to production implementation and run, ensuring a quality outcome by keeping the customer at the heart of the delivery. Handling multiple partners from across the various business lines and the ability to use data to drive a consistent, current, well run printing estate whilst supporting the differing printing needs across our diverse end user platform technologies and application portfolio without impacting service are key to this role. The Print Service Manager will work predominantly with, but not only, the following End User Services functions: + End User Computing: A small global reaching team accountable for architecture, product selection, design, configuration, lifecycle management and service delivery of all End User Computing standards, products and services. This includes the AstraZeneca commodity and specialist lab client devices, Operating Systems and build capabilities, Business Software/COTS Applications/Shopping, and the standard AZ Hardware catalogues, reseller, procurement and disposal related services. The role sits within this team and will work with all its members. + End User Platforms: A larger team who runs the daily delivery and support of technical, process, and customer support services underpinning the End User Computing customer facing business services. You will interact daily with the End User Platforms teams to deliver services, handle critical issues and plan service changes. + Campus IT: Accountable for the user experience of end user IT services in specific locations, you will interact daily with this team to handle customer facing issues/critical issues, service improvements and to plan service changes. + Additionally - Key Vendors and Suppliers: The Global Print Service offerings are a blend of inhouse AZ team and Supplier Led and supported solutions and services that will require daily management and governance of AZ and Supplier contracted services to defined SLA's as well as handle the Vendor contracts and SW/HW Products Key Accountabilities + We would like you to complete the day to day running of all centrally provided/supported Print Services to the AZ ITIL operating model processes and standards + Leading customer and organisation change driven service demand and delivery activities + You will collaborate with the EUP and wider AZ Infrastructure Support Teams and Managed Print Suppliers to ensure smooth operation of underpinning/dependency infrastructure and supporting processes required to run the print services + Maintain and provide global data, reports and guidance to ensure the best utilisation of appropriate print solutions driving the AZ Print Service Strategy + Identify and drive Print services rationalisation in parallel with the proactive customer engagements to support migrations to new Print Solution standard in line with the AZ Print Service Strategy + Lead the regular Operational Governance Review meetings and content with Managed Print Suppliers + Handle the Print Service Finances including any License Support and Maintenance Renewals, PO raising and Invoice Approval for Managed Print Services and providing general assurance for all service related finances and supplier billing accuracy General Management Responsibilities + Create and develop key relationships, collaborating with Vendors/Supplier and other key roles in EUC/EUP and other Service area leads across a matrix IT organisation to deliver integrated services as well as working with customer partners directly when required. + Standardise to global products and proc
